Process

A WhatsApp message describing what you need. We reply the same working day, and ask about how you work now before proposing anything.
A written scope: what's included, what it costs, when it's done, and which ownership plan it assumes. Nothing starts before you agree.
You see progress on a real link you can open, at least once a week, and you can change your mind while it's still cheap to.
We put it live and keep it there — uptime, backups, updates and support. This is where the relationship continues rather than ends.

The system is the same either way. What changes is who keeps the source code — and that changes the price.
You take the codebase
At handover the source code is yours, along with the documentation and the accounts. Host it with us, host it elsewhere, or hand it to another developer. Nothing ties you to us.
We keep the codebase
You don't pay for the source code, so the cost to start is considerably lower — we recover the build over the hosting term instead. Same system, same features, and we run it for you.
On either plan the data is yours, not ours. Ask and we export everything — tables as CSV or Excel, uploads as the original files. There is no charge for leaving with your own data.
Then take the managed plan. The cost to start is considerably lower because we keep the codebase and recover the build over the hosting term. You get the same system and the same features — the difference is ownership of the code, not what the software does.
You get all of it. Tables come out as CSV or Excel and uploaded files come out as the originals. Ask and we prepare the export — there is no charge for leaving with your own data.
